As we partner with Printify, a print-on-demand service, our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that we cannot support returns or exchanges if the product is ordered in the wrong size, color, or if the customer changes their mind.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors: If your product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of product delivery by mailing us at info@nickhilderson.com. Include a clear photo showing the issue for a quick resolution.
  • Issue with Multiple Products: If there’s an issue affecting multiple products with the same design, please provide an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame.
  • Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are not eligible for return.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Process: Upon reviewing your claim, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If it is approved, the refund will either be partially or fully transferred back into your account, or you will receive a voucher for future purchases.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


  • Wrong Size or Color: Please note that we, along with Printify, will not be responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the wrong size or color is ordered by the customer.
  • Unsuccessful Deliveries: In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
  • Print Placement Variance: For DTG products, a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement is acceptable, and minor variations will not be considered defects.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wittemolenstraat 27 / 0102, 8200 Sint-Michiels, Belgium. Note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.
